Good food, slow kitchen, inattentive service. You shouldn't have to flag a server down to get a glass for your beer. An uncut rack of ribs should be delivered with a steak knife so you can separate them. It shouldn't take half an hour to get appetizers. Servers would come through the restaurant area then seemingly vanish for 3-5 minutes at a stretch.
The food was good enough that we'll give them another chance in case it was an off night, but not right away.
