Mike was extremely sympathetic to our situation and definitely seemed to care about what was happening to us. More importantly, he also listened closely and asked a lot of probing questions to better understand the case - it became clear that he wanted to understand every aspect in detail and gave us clear and unbiased feedback... both when circumstances were and were not in our favor.
