The Art of Vibrant Living

Before I joined Daniel's class, I was a bit of lost and I knew about the concept of vibration, however my past experience I had been going through left me with no clues. Why things around me were so mystery? I often felt I seemed not in control of my own life. I was looking for an answer and I wanted to be a master of my own life.
After I joined the class, I started to understand the we are the creator of our live through Vibration. I changed my mind from a possible victim to a proactive creator of life. I noticed complaining is nothing but a sign of ego talking. Daniel's class clarifies my long hanging questions from my past. So I am living now my dreaming life. haha The biggest breakthrough is my encountering with pain. In my past, it seemed to be my weakest problem. I had a nerve associated with certain pain which to me was completely unbearable. But now I have confidence to face this sort of pain and overcome challenges in my future. I am very grateful for this breakthrough. Especially when we have a supporting group around us , it becomes much easier.
The breath techniques seemed is calling me as I realized during the study, while i eat fast or get angry about something, I have a hard time to catch up with my breath, meaning at those particular moments, i need to quiet myself down and starting to practice breathing techniques in order to keep on living my life. hahaa I really love it..like an angel telling me it's time for some breath exercises.
My life gets better especially after I learned about vibration and breathing techniques. I have so much better clarification about my life in the past and have so much more confidence to face my future. I am so looking forward to it. Much gratitudes.
