I’ve been here several times for haircut. I always book an appointment beforehand and they always treat me well. Today I decided to color my hair because it’s my birthday month! I got haircut + balayage, color is ash brown. My colorist‘s name is Steven and he is very good and professional!! Got my haircut with James and absolutely recommend! I showed him pictures what I had in mind and he walked me through how we was going to cut it before and during the process.

He really takes his time and I appreciate it so much. I love my hair! It's all soft and healthy now too. He kept most of my long hair and didn't cut much.

The shampooing is also included in the price and he was very thorough and it felt like a therapeutic hair massage :)

Update: Four years ago, I left a 1-star review for ML2. However, I'm pleased to report significant improvements since then. Upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to revisit ML2 and was paired with hair stylist Rick. Rick exceeded my expectations - he adeptly replicated the hair style I showed him in a picture. Additionally, he offered valuable suggestions on hairstyles that would complement my daily hair routine. I really like my new hair style! ML2, you have won me back! :)

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Set up a consultation, and Daniel went through the options based on my type of hair. He then scheduled the hair straightening appointment for that same weekend. Then Kathleen did my Japanese hair straightening treatment that took 3 hours. She even trimmed the ends so everything would be nice and even. They provided the shampoo and conditioner that I can keep using for the next few months while my hair grows out so I can come back and redo it. I'm really happy with the results and hope this saves me countless hours and damage when straightening my hair each morning.
