I had the pleasure of getting a haircut/style from Michael. Normally I don't leave reviews (I probably have 0 on my account), but I felt my positive experience warranted it. I have been going to barbers all over Houston and I'm generally unsatisfied with the results. Michael took the time to take my ideas and translate them into an excellent haircut for an EXTREMELY good value. Had a last minute hair appointment with Jack. Jack listened to what you needed and executed the haircut flawlessly. Jack would carry on a conversation as you’d like and knew how to cut Asian hair/head shape. I would recommend Jack to anyone.

Every single thing was perfect. My Bestie and I made appts at the same time and we could not be any happier about our choice! We are visiting from Missouri and have decided to fly to Houston from now on for our hair care... we’ll make a three day weekend out of it! Awesome customer service!!! I received a digital perm and for some reason, my hair didn't really take the curl well, but I didn't say anything. I received a call later that day from Michael, and he said that I could come back in to get a tighter curl if I wanted. I came in 2 days later, and Mingli did a Korean perm on me, as well as another haircut with side-swept bangs. I love it!! They did not charge me anything for the second service, even though it took 3 hours of Mingli's time. (Mingli is a fantastic stylist, by the way, so I still tipped him since he did such a good job.) Everyone in the salon is very respectful and I could tell they pay attention to detail, from shampooing all the way to the styling after the service.
