May was my colorist and she was extremely attentive and walked me throughout the entire process. The whole ordeal took 5+ hours and even extended past closing but I didn’t feel rushed. My hair was extremely damaged from prior bleaching experiences and difficult but she did a phenomenal job with my hair. Highly recommend requesting her. Chloe is amazing! Came to her because I did a bad home dye job and wanted to fix it asap. During the consult, she was honest about how long I should wait before dyeing my hair again but after me insisting that I wanted it fixed now, she said she could do it with minimal damage to my hair. And she was right! My previous hair had been dyed very unevenly so Chloe and another nice guy at ML2 had to be really careful about bleaching the uneven parts. I watched as they meticulously separated strands of my hair for my highlights and they didn’t rush it at all. Chloe also made sure with me multiple times about the color I wanted to achieve and was very honest about maintenance and wether it complimented my skin tone. I appreciated the time and effort spent on my hair. The whole process from mostly virgin-dyed black hair and previously dyed hair to light brown took about 5 hours. The hair cut was exactly how I wanted it! The bangs came out perfectly. I wanted a more light ash brown but it was difficult to achieve and came out patchy and uneven even after bleaching so we opted for a darker ash brown. I went in for a free consultation and decided to book an appointment with Daniel. Prior to that I had not had my hair done for over a year. During the consultation he was very honest about the process needed to balayage my hair, what was possible, and the pricing - which I really appreciated. I’ve talked to several salons and the prices here were the most reasonable. It was an extensive process and I could tell that Daniel had great attention to detail and was a perfectionist. He was honest with what my hair could handle and I’m very happy with the result and how healthy my hair feels! My hair was dark after toning but Daniel said it would lighten up after a few washes, and within the next week it definitely did.
