Thai Restaurant is one of my all time favorite Thai places in SA. I usually come for the lunch special which are great value and good portions. I think their pad Thai is one of the best in town too. We recently went for dinner and tried the duck dish and it was very good. The sauce was sweet and the veggies were cooked perfectly. Always fresh and tasty. As stated above one of my favorites in town and have been a customer for years. We are always treated kindly and always look forward to our next visit!

Stopped in for the first time while moving our son and the M&M ladies ( Melly& May) were absolutely awesome!! Very friendly and attentive service with delicious food!! We had the Cashew shrimp w vegetables, beef broccoli, and the shrimp Pad thai. We all loved the food! Definitely recommend 👌

The staff are friendly and service was quick. I got medium spice (5; 1-10) and for me it was just right to have a kick of spice without it being too overwhelming.

I enjoyed the drunken noodles very much and it would be a 5 star on the food component if I didn’t taste anything that seemed like MSG. That’s my only complaint.

Other than that the cucumber salad was so refreshing! It was a great compliment to a hot day.

I think the atmosphere of this place was really good too. Bright and festive. I enjoyed eating here.

I ate local food everyday when I lived in Thailand. I find The Thai Restaurant food to be very authentic and delicious. The menu is diverse and should have something for everybody. Evidently any negative reviews are from people that don't know Thai food very well. It's not Chinese, so forget about the mustard and sugary sauces. Thai food has always seemed like a healthy alternative, but I suffer withdrawal if I gô more than one week without it.

I haven't been to the restaurant yet, so I don't know the service or atmosphere, but the food I had delivered was delicious!! The Pad Thai, Cheese Rolls and Pad See Ew was so good, I can't stop thinking about it!

Such a great place! Everything was delicious. When I tell you we got 6 different appetizer but forgot pictures because we ate them so fast. These are just some of the plates we got. ( sesame chicken, spicy chicken salad, curry, and pad sa ew)

Great food and good atmosphere

This place is has some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal. I asked the waitress what she recommended and she told me Pad Kee Mao. I now recommend it to everyone. The prices are good and the service was fast and friendly. Just remember Thai food can be spicy so medium heat or less unless you love it super hot!! Medium was perfect for me.
