Speaking as a prior loan officer, this has by far been one of the smoothest loan processes I have experienced with a home purchase loan, and have purchased seven homes in the past. Steve Head always returned every call, text email immediately and Cynthia and the Processing team were excellent with their communications and timely in documentation. I moved my loan closing up a week due to the current climate, and the team accommodated me with little notice. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are in need of an excellent rate, competitive closing costs with no escrow on 10% down conventional loan, and a stellar team.
