This is a real-deal service. Sean and the rest of his team are great at what they do.
In fact, after I posted some questions to the team via their custom portal website, Sean himself called me and we wound up talking for about an hour (not saying that's typical, but he's definitely engaged with his business). They have a ton of great resources, both videos and documents that you can view on demand in your own time and they really teach you the "why's" and not just the "how's."
I definitely felt like I have a much better understanding of the system; it was like having a friend on the inside.
