Team Dakoske

Such an amazing group! JD helped us out with not only selling our house but also purchasing our new home in Big Rapids. They treat us just like family!

Lilly Clark goes above and beyond a 5 star review. As first time home buyers my husband and I had A LOT of questions. Lilly took the time to answer each one with extensive knowledge. Her patience and dedication, speaks volumes for how much she loves what she does!

The housing market is extremely competitive right now, it's easy to fall in love with a house you put and offer on. But, when you get outbid it's discouraging. Lilly was there staying proactive and positive with a smile on her face the entire time. Thank you Lilly truly for helping make our dreams come true.

Emily Kuschell was my realtor. She could not have been better. She was always available to answer any questions and followed through with any issues that needed to be addressed. She provided good advice while respecting my preferences and ideas. Thank you, Emily!

J.D. worked with us on a complicated sale (divorce ,selling the marital home). He has so many connections to drywallers, painters, etc. and helped us hire people to fix the house up for the best possible selling price. He communicated through the whole process with both my ex and I, and sold our house quickly. Thank you J.D., and I'll be reaching out soon for my next home purchase!

Nav truly helped us NAVigate the waters of home buying! He did a wonderful job answering all of our questions, taking our preferences into account, and finding us the home of our dreams. As first time home buyers it was very nerve wracking process, but Nav kept us level headed and kept our nerves down. He took all of questions and preferences and turned it into a perfect home for us!

5 stars for Matt Dakoske of Team Dakoske at Re/Max Bayshore! While I haven't bought or sold property through them, I've had the pleasure of witnessing Matt's deep commitment and exemplary work ethic firsthand. Known as the 'Hard working nice guy,' Matt truly lives up to this title. His longstanding family history in Traverse City only adds to his dependable and earnest approach to real estate.

This group is fantastic to work with if you are looking for a home in Northern Michigan. Experienced, knowledgeable, and hard working. You cannot go wrong with Team Dakoske!

Jessie Deiss at Team Dakoske is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot! She worked with us for nearly a year and lots of showings to find the perfect new home for our family, and when we found one that needed a lot of thorough inspections, she was all over it and had teams of the very best contractors, engineers and other experts out to make sure there were no surprises. When we sold our first home she and her team were fantastic and true professionals. From the advice, promotion, absolute top notch photography, her and her team knocked it out of the park. Jessie blew me away with the level of involvement and care she put into helping us, there were countless times during the process where my wife and I remarked on how lucky we were to have her on our side! She is a fantastic realtor and a genuinely good person. She has made this process so much...

Lilly Clark is an incredible real estate agent! She helped us not only buy our home but years later sell it too. She is honest, patient, knowledgeable and very good at communicating. She is an absolute joy and I highly recommend her!

My wife and I worked with Jenn Frankhouse as our relator. She was great. Always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend.

Jessie has a “can-do” approach in a tough market. In our scenario, time was a critical factor in our search for a home. Jessie was diligent, personable and goal oriented. Not only did Jessie find the right home for us, we found a friend in her.

Emily was truly a blessing to work with! She went above and beyond my expectations, exuding professionalism as well solidifying a long term relationship. She truly cares about her clients, and that is what makes all the difference for someone like me. Thank you Emily for all of your hard work! ❤️

Emily was a great help. She is a real go getter. I would not have wanted anyone else working to sell my piece of property. Here personal touch and attention to what really matters made the process a breeze. Thanks Emily for your professionalism. Great Job!!!

My agency has referred many clients to Team Dakoske due to their unmatched customer service. I know Matt Dakoske well, and can not say enough great things about him. He truly cares for his clients, and he holds both himself, and his team to the highest standards. I would defiantly recommend Team Dakoske!

We highly recommend Lilly Clark as an agent. She has represented us as a buyer and seller in the Traverse City area. She is a very professional and knowledgeable agent who will provide you with the best advice for your real estate situation.

Nav has gone above and beyond!!
While I was living out of state in Texas, Nav helped me and my family find the perfect land site to build our home in Michigan. He was very attentive to every detail of what we were looking for and worked with us every step of the way. It was a couple months before we found the perfect land parcel we wanted but he kept at. It’s because of Nav’s patience and dedication that he found us a spectacular deal.
Overall it was such a great experience I would work with Nav again and again.
He was honest, dedicated and determined to fulfill our wishes and demands lol. 5 stars isn’t enough
Highly recommend to anyone looking for land or a new home in northern Michigan.

Matt was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend Team Dakoske

Thank you!!!! Navneet Dhami and JD! Both went above and beyond. One of my biggest stressors when moving out of state was the worry about what’s happening in the houses in Michigan. I NEVER felt that way! They both communicated very well and often with me about how the property was. They were always positive even when I was struggled to be. I highly recommend both Nav and JD for any future buying/selling. - Tabitha Fisher

We recently had the pleasure of working with JD during the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. From start to finish JD demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that truly exceeded our expectations.
JD made the process of selling our home stress-free and efficient. His attention to detail in marketing our property, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market, resulted in a quick and successful sale. We were impressed by his strategic approach, which attracted a high volume of potential buyers. Throughout negotiations, JD demonstrated strong advocacy for our interests, ultimately securing an excellent deal.
Equally impressive was JD's commitment to finding us the perfect new home. He took the time to understand our preferences, needs, and budget. His extensive knowledge of the real estate landscape...

Our buying transaction with Jessie Deiss and Team Dakoske was exemplary. First rate communication and assistance every step of the way. A real pleasure to work with such professionals. Thank you!

I'll be recommending Jenn to everybody looking for a house. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated several things about Jenn. She never made me feel any pressure to buy - though she sells houses, it is clear that she does her job so well as a means of investing in the community of Traverse City, and not for personal gain. She went above and beyond to find answers to many questions I had, often spending hours making calls to any of her endless connections in the community. She is the person you want in your corner when buying a house. Relational, knowledgable, well-connected, down-to-earth...these only begin to describe Jenn. I'm a lifelong customer for sure - thank you Jenn!

If you’re looking for a home in the Traverse area JD is your man. His knowledge of Michigan real estate was very helpful to us. Every step of the way we trusted him as our realtor. From our search to the final closing date he never dropped the ball, in fact he was one step ahead. Professionalism with a personal touch. A++.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Nav. We cannot express how greatly his dedication, insight and constant communication made this experience as stress free as possible. I cannot recommend him enough for a potential buyer or seller.
His expertise in the local market and steadfast advocacy for us made buying our home an actual enjoyable relationship. Thank you Nav.

Matt is always there to help me in any questions I have and willing to help in any way! Way to go Matt! We appreciate you And Jen of course !

We've worked with Matt both as our realtor (for our office property) and as the guy sitting across the table (for our home). He's both creative in his approach and incredibly diplomatic in managing negotiations – and I think those are two of the most important skills when looking for representation and help with some of the largest purchases you'll make in your life. Sort of secondary to the transaction, but incredibly important in terms of community, Matt and co put on THE BEST events for their clients. I remember the first time I bought a house down state, I got a cheap signing pen and never saw the guy again. Matt's team never forgets you and hosts the most incredible, family friendly gatherings. Matt is now our friend and realtor – give him a call!

Google sent me a notification of a memory three years ago about selling my house. Team Dakoske listed it for me and had it sold within a week. Throughout the process I was kept informed on every detail, best decision I ever made was to use team Dakoske.

We have use Lilly Clark for our last two housing transactions. Knowledge, Honesty and integrity are the word that quickly come to mind when I think of Lilly. I can state with confidence that we will not be using anyone else. Lilly helped make both the buying and sell experience's effortless and was always available to answer questions and put us at ease.
Not only did Lilly sell our house in less than a week, she brought us multiple offers and sold significantly above asking.

Our experience with Team Dakoske over the years has been amazing. Matt helped us with a couple of purchases including our dream property in Kingsley. He is a great communicator and was available to us anytime we had questions or concerns. He worked hard for us to get the deal done and made the process easy. I highly recommend!

Matt and Emily are the best. They are very proactive and always keep me informed and in the loop. Highly recommend!
