When it comes to realtors, there are so many, and that obviously makes it hard to feel confident you’re getting a good one. We had been warned to not sign any contracts with any agents, but beyond that had basically no advice on how to choose an agent. We found the Taylored team on Dave Ramsey’s website simply because we felt confident we would have some shared values with the agents we would find, and man did we luck out! Communication was always very fast, from the very beginning. We were contacted right away, and then seamlessly passed on to the agents that would help us through the whole process. We did need a ton of time and help from Vanessa and Hart Traylor, but they made it feel like we never had to compete for their time at all. We saw every house we wanted to (there were many) very quickly and always with fantastic advice both about the homes we saw and the surrounding areas. Vanessa was a great help giving us tips about how certain properties would fit into our longer term plans, but we still felt completely free to make any decision we felt comfortable with, and ended up getting a house that we both absolutely love in exactly the area we wanted. When I couldn’t be at closing and my wife had to go alone, Vanessa was an enormous benefit to us to have there with my wife. Hart and Vanessa both are fantastic realtors and I can’t imagine how they get so much work done even with multiple children at home!
