Greg Tanzer Sprinkles were recommended to me by an old friend, who uses them for few years already. When I called them and got the voice mail, I got disappointed at first, but my call was returned promptly and Joe from operations was very helpful. He explained the services being provided by the company and set appointment for property review and estimate. Mark, the sales representative came in couple of days, he called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm the visit. Was very clear with the product, price and installation process. Signing the contract was very easy and transparent.
Installers came in few days. Joe set it up really fast at convenient time.
Instalation team came on time and they knew exactly what to do, explaining every step inside and outside the house. They also set up control application on my phone and showed how to operate the system if I will need to change initial settings. Before leaving Frey made sure that all zones and heads are operating properly.
I’m very happy with Greg Tanzer so far. Will update the review in the summer,when the system will be used for couple of months.
