I have been with Tanz since they did my install about 15 years ago. Their service has always been great with technicians always on time. This last week I had an emergency situation with a leaking sprinkler head and I was headed out of town for a few days. Antonia in customer service was fantastic and went out of her way to ensure a technician was able to get to my house after normal working hours. Santo came to my house and fixed things quickly and courteously. I can’t thank both of them enough for going the extra mile. Jim
