Eddye H. Service tech identified the problem quickly and informed us that he would put us on the schedule to come out with another technician to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous.

Edis was incredible! Above and beyond! He educated me on my system and what was going on. He found a wasp nest, went to home depot and got something to get rid of it and then proceeded to fix my unit. Thank you Edis!

We just had an Amana variable speed, dual fuel heat pump / gas furnace installed. Oscar, Felix, and Elijah did a great job with installation. No issues, they answered my questions, got me set up with the thermostat app, and the system was running fine (and quietly!) right away. Good sales experience including the owner of the business reaching out to answer our questions and help us decide on the best system for our house and goals. Good warranty and I appreciate that SwiftPro is a locally owned business.

SwiftPro HVAC came out to do a plumbing maintenance check. The check was included with my recent new HVAC installation. The technician (James Milligan) was very professional and quickly evaluated my faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine lines, main water intake valve, all cut-off valves and visible pipes. Now I have an estimate for needed maintenance repairs.

We recently had our HVAC system replaced by Swift Pro, and while the process wasn’t without a few hiccups along the way, how the company handled them made all the difference. During the installation, our water heater tank was accidentally dented (replacement was not part of the original plan) but Swift Pro stepped up and agreed to replace it at no cost to us.

I want to thank the technicians, but especially Tyler, the owner, for genuinely listening to my concerns and making sure they were addressed. Replacing an HVAC system is a significant, delicate, and expensive investment, and it matters a lot to work with a company that keeps communication open, even when something doesn’t go perfectly the first time.
