SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

SwiftPro' s Install Technician David installed a mini split at my house and did a great job. He took the time to test all connections. Used drop cloths and then made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done. He also gave us some tips on how to ensure good performance from the system. Highly recommend.

Steven Kowalik was the technician who came to the house. I can't say enough of how impressed my wife and I were in dealing with Steven. Polite, courteous, easy-going and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He patiently let me explain in detail the issue with the heating and quickly knew where to troubleshoot. It took him less than 15 minutes to identify the problem and fix it. We had heat again. He took the time to show where the wires were frayed that was causing the problem. Since we had an enormous electric bill because of the frayed wiring, he has personally saved us from future heating electric bills. In fact dealing with SwiftPro in general was very satisfactory. I highly recommend SwiftPro mainly because of Steven.

SwiftPro did a truly professional job i in scheduling of my appointment, communication, and sending a technician who explained all issues to me regarding my furnace. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend this company.

SwiftPro is so reliable and QUICK to come out to get the job done. We had some strange noises happening with our system one night and someone came out the next day to take care of it in. They offer excellent recommendations, easy and prompt communications which I appreciate very much. Great team of people who care!

I really liked Rich’s high knowledge level concerning HVAC systems, that he didn’t try to oversell me on my equipment needs, and his ability to work with me on the pricing. I believe that I received a top notch system at a reasonable price. The equipment replaced was a Trane electric heat pump system including air handler at 20 years old. It was replaced with a new Trane system.

Tyson C was extremely knowledgeable and informative with the plumbing services provided. He represented SwiftPro with integrity and honesty. He was punctual, attentive to detail and provided me with multiple solutions that best fit my situation. I highly recommend Tyson and SwiftPro for plumbing needs and will not hesitate to use them in the future for other services. Joanie

Don’t use anyone else. You genuinely won’t regret choosing Swift Pro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

I hired them for a water heater replacement and a full HVAC replacement on a home I recently purchased that had very old, outdated equipment. From the first conversation to the final install, everything was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They made the entire process feel effortless.

What stood out the most was that they never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They took the time to understand my situation, explain my options clearly, and help me make decisions that actually made sense for my home. That kind of honesty is rare.

I own a property management company, and trust means everything to me. There are a lot of big companies out there that upsell, pressure you, or try to get over on you however they can. Swift Pro is the...

Elvis, my technician, was professional and quick with his repairs. He also gave me some nice tips on how to maintain my heating unit for the summer.

SwiftPro came out same day to assess my system, provided a diagnosis and a quote to me on that initial visit and within 24 hours I had a completely new installed Carrier HVAC system. Very professional organization, and everybody that came to my house was very respectful and focused on their job. I would highly recommend SwiftPro.

The plumber came and helped triage what was going on with my plumbing without having to do any costly work. He was nice, quick and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service! Highly recommended!

Nii is the best. He’s been to the house twice - once for a galvanized to PVC piping change-out, and another time for a badly clogged kitchen line that wouldn’t budge with my snake and a good bit of effort. Super nice guy, very skilled, fair, calm, etc. Exactly what you want in a plumber.

Very professional and knowledgeable! A very good negotiable estimator. He came with friendly attitude. Knows his job. Thank you

I recently had SwiftPro replace an HVAC unit at my home, and I am truly impressed with their work! I requested quotes from multiple companies, and not only did SwiftPro offer the most competitive pricing, but they also never tried to upsell me. Tyler took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and clearly explained the pros and cons of different systems. On the day of installation, Derek and Felix did an outstanding job. SwiftPro also took care of some repairs and maintenance for my second unit, and Efrain and Aaron did a fantastic job there. It was a pleasure interacting with the rest of the team as well. I highly recommend SwiftPro for your HVAC services!

Fantastic. Timely service and very thorough.

Tyson quickly/painlessly removed a broken shower nipple and installed a new shower arm and nozzle. Work was neat and efficient!

This was such an amazing experience. It’s rare to find an honest, family-owned company that makes you feel truly taken care of. I finally feel confident knowing I’m in good hands and I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Technician Steven came out to look at our heat that was not working properly. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain the issue and our options for the repair. We felt like we were in good hands. Great customer service.

Tyson did great work, and the overall experience with the company was just as solid. From scheduling to the work itself, everything was handled professionally. Tyson was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly represents the company well. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Well done

“Tyson came out to diagnose our well system and did so with ease! Within no time he had it figured out and provided a solution for us. Very reasonable pricing, phenomenal quality of work and knowledge can’t be beat!”

We had Tyson out for our main line leaking underground, he explained the scope of work for replacement and set great expectations. They had the job done in a very timely manner and I couldn’t ask for more professionalism than he provided!

Tyson did a great job on several minor items along with repairing two toilets. He was courteous, quick, clean, and friendly.
