I'm happy my schedule has remained the same. I understand delays but would appreciate a call if the delay is over an hour. Cleaning has been consistently good.

Fabulous! Very thorough cleaning each and every time.

Overall the cleaning is five stars. A couple of times the kitchen and bathroom fixtures were not cleaned. As well as the laundry room floor was not vacuumed and the laundry room refrigerator door was not cleaned. However overall 5 stars.

Alicia & Kenya performed a deep cleaning of my home and did a fabulous job! Based on this I will definitely recommend & use them again! They made my home sparkle!

Over all the service is excellent and 5 stars. A couple of times the kitchen and bathroom fixtures have not been wiped down. Also the laundry room floor and laundry room refrigerator door has not been cleaned, otherwise excellent work.

The ladies are always on time and very friendly. They do an excellent job of cleaning my home.

Since I now have the same housekeeper coming every week (and she is wonderful) I am very happy with the service. I prefer having the same person so we can develop a relationship and trust. The woman I have now (I think her name is Ava?) does a wonderful job and she is so friendly and pleasant.
