Overall the cleaning is five starts but there are some things that need to be done that may not be included in a standard cleaning. The shutters, tops of the marble back splash in kitchen & baths and baseboards (especially the top) need to be wiped down rather than dusted. However as I mentioned these may be out of the scope of a regular cleaning

I think that the ladies do a good job of cleaning the house and attention to details that are important to me. The main complaint I have is having my time switched on me at the last minute, as I planned my day and also have to have my dog at daycare in order to make sure they have the space and time they need to clean.
