Friendly. Efficient. House hasn’t been so clean. They worked with us on our request to not use bleach. Only hitch is the language barrier. We all know how to use a translation app so no biggie.
They will definitely be called to return.

This is our first experience with a cleaning service. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship of two ladies who come to my home monthly. YOLANDA and MARIA are very polite and get right to work immediately. They are extremely thorough, experienced, and organized. Sweet Home Cleaning Service is an efficient household cleaning service that I was fortunate to locate several years ago. Having a clean home is important to me and as I tend to get frustrated when everything is dirty. The employees are always on time and extremely efficient. I feel I can trust them to do an excellent job, well worth the cost.

The cleaners were very thorough and did a great job. The only area where they could improve is in communication. When I returned a call about billing, they answered the phone like it was a personal cell (maybe it was), and when they were running late due to a traffic accident we had no notice that they'd be > 30 mins late.
