Swartz Contracting and Emergency Service was amazing! They were very timely and answered our call in a great time of need! This past summer we had unfortunately encountered torrential rain over our window wells in our carpeted basement. Unfortunately, many other people in our neighborhood had experienced this as well. Swartz had been recommended by our insurance company with a previous experience we had with rain and we were so happy with them then that we definitely wanted them back! I was lucky to have their advertising magnet on our refrigerator and when the rain poured in, I was able to quickly make the call. I was very impressed with how quick they responded to our dilemma as well as how professional they were! They always informed us about everything they were doing to clean up the basement and we always received a phone call or text that they were on their way to take care of the next clean up process. Swartz were very careful not to track in outside mud and they listened very carefully knowing how frustrated and upset we were. You don't find many businesses anymore that sincerely listen and understand your problem as well as treat you with respect and Ben Swartz and his colleagues did a tremendous job! As I called them I also called my neighbor and gave them Swartz's number since their basement was getting a lot of water as well. I have already recommended Swartz to others and would continue to highly recommend them to anyone needing services such as their's.
