Being a remote homeowner with rental property made hiring subcontractors a real challenge. Out of 20 contractors called only two responded and Jim was one of them.

Getting the work done timely was very important and Jim worked hard to get my job done ASAP and mt tenant said the work looks great. I could not be happier that I found sunshine cleaning and that I chose them to do this work!

High quality work. Robert cleans my windows inside and out every year. Also applies stain blocker on my roof. My 20 year old roof looks better than the newer roofs in my neighborhood that have black streaks and obvious signs of mildew, especially on the North side. Highly recommend Sunshine Cleaning.
