Every aspect of this entire process was professional, comforting, and quick! Speaking with Eric on the phone was so reassuring that the product is eco-friendly and effective for our ant problem. I had the best pest control service of my life yesterday! Wasps had found a way into my home and I had no idea how. Thomas came out and was so very kind and thorough. He didn't laugh at my fear, which I appreciated. He went up on the roof, through the house, in the shed and around the backayard, searching, spraying where there was a problem and most important, he found the main source of the invasion. My mother and I live in an RV and we're having sudden mice problems. It got to the point that I decided to call a pest control company. Granted, living in an RV there isn't alot of options...however, Sunrise was TERRIFIC from the get-go. From making the appointment to the guy that came out to help us. His name is John A., and he was absolutely amazing!! He answered all questions, got us set up with some bait boxes and offered excellent advice on things to try along with their bait. He was professional and all around nice the entire time. I work in customer service and I always appreciate having someone who can help put you at ease. We really like the two technicians we've dealt with since spring of 2022. We didn't have such a good experience with a 3rd tech, but that was just one time when the others couldn't come. We are mystified why our ant infestation can't be cleared up once and for all, but at the same time believe in our techs' process and their explanations. We are apparently dealing with one or more queens and nests that so far have eluded treatment. Our hopes are that this will be accomplished soon. Read more >

John A. was polite and friendly when we first met. He was knowledgeable and kindly answered all my questions regarding mice extermination. He got us all setup to capture the mice.
