Overall I've been very satisfied with the service. I did note that the tech who performed my last service earlier this month, did not spend as much time on the property as usual, a mere 10 min at most. I had requested he treat spiders that were present outside since it's spider season, and yet right after he left I checked around the perimeter and found numerous spider webs.

I am very pleased with the excellent thorough service I received.
