The guys know their stuff. The rat problem is history since Sunrise started coming. We live on a bluff and rodents are a constant part of life but they have apparently found another place to hold their rat meetings. Thank you Sunrise.

Long story short my home had a rodent problem and now home is all good still have them come back 2-3 times a year to make sure we're clear. ( They Just found a mole in the crawl space)

We had a great experience the first time they came out. The guy was super nice and we were satisfied with him being able to get our ants under control. They just came out for their 2 week follow up and we noticed the next day that there were ants swarming all over our back deck and spider eggs hatched everywhere on our window and railing outside. So I called and spoke to a gal named Gabrielle who was extremely rude to me, kept cutting me off and didn’t really seem to want to listen. I simply just wanted to understand what was covered under our service and warranty (I didn’t know if the deck was covered and if they ever treated it for ants) but she just gave me attitude and was very unpleasant. Just wanted to keep telling me we had to wait 2 weeks. Hoping we have a better experience moving forward, but she definitely gave me a bad taste.
