My mother and I live in an RV and we're having sudden mice problems. It got to the point that I decided to call a pest control company. Granted, living in an RV there isn't alot of options...however, Sunrise was TERRIFIC from the get-go. From making the appointment to the guy that came out to help us. His name is John A., and he was absolutely amazing!! He answered all questions, got us set up with some bait boxes and offered excellent advice on things to try along with their bait. He was professional and all around nice the entire time. I work in customer service and I always appreciate having someone who can help put you at ease. He is definitely a huge reason why we will continue with this company, and will pass on referrals!

We really like the two technicians we've dealt with since spring of 2022. We didn't have such a good experience with a 3rd tech, but that was just one time when the others couldn't come. We are mystified why our ant infestation can't be cleared up once and for all, but at the same time believe in our techs' process and their explanations. We are apparently dealing with one or more queens and nests that so far have eluded treatment. Our hopes are that this will be accomplished soon.

John A. was polite and friendly when we first met. He was knowledgeable and kindly answered all my questions regarding mice extermination. He got us all setup to capture the mice. We certainly fell much better sleeping at night. We look forward to seeing John A. monthly to check on our rodent problem. Thank you John A!!
