Sue Ellen's Florist made our wedding absolutely perfect. It was the wedding of our dreams and the flowers were more perfect than we could have ever asked for!

Took me forever to write this review but we absolutely love sue Ellen and Tom. They were so easy to work with and she understood everything I wanted in my wedding flowers. We will use them for every occasion and recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend of mine and Alma took care of everything. She was wonderful to work with. The flowers were just beautiful and they were delivered the very same day. If I need more flowers, this is where I will be going. I highly recommend this florist.

Came in from out of state for a funeral. We wanted a silk flower arrangement and SuEllen's is the only shop we could find that did silks. We went the morning of the funeral, not knowing exactly what we wanted it to look like. Lady at the counter was SUPER friendly and helpful. After a few minutes talking with her and picking a color palette she made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in 20 minutes. If I ever need a florist in the Cape Coral area again they will definitely get my business.

My husband stopped into SuEllen's yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.

FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husband's cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway,...

My wife just so happened to be in Florida on our anniversary this year. SuEllens was highly recommended as the florist of choice in Cape Coral. My wife was MORE than pleased with the arrangement SuEllen delivered to her, even the driver said “Happy Anniversary Tannette !”

I've been getting flowers from SuEllen's for years. Very friendly and helpful. I'm a male and don't always know what I'm looking for and they make me feel at home and help me with my order and any questions I may have. I waited til the last minute to order flowers for my girl for Valentine and they were booked for delivery but said they would make sure she got them. They had them delivered by 1 pm. Amazing!!!! My girl was the envy of her office. So BEAUTIFUL.
Btw their flowers are always beautiful and last a long time if you take care of them.
