The floral arrangement was fresh and very creative. The choice of flowers, greenery & silver balls was magnificent . Was not home for delivery , yet delivery person phoned me & left a VM to apologize fir my having to bring arrangement inside by myself. Otherwise she would have carried it inside . That dedication to caring about the delivery meant a great deal to me . Superb experience in every way !

Prompt and excellent service

I have been ordering flowers from SuEllen's Floral Company for years. Always great quality, prompt deliver and excellent customer service.
This last time, I ordered a wedding anniversary arrangement, as usual everything they always provide was great, however the person that took my order on the phone did not show the same consistency on customer service as before.
It almost made me feel that I was bothering her by calling and placing an order or that they were super busy to accommodate another order.
Anyway, I had to pick up the arrangement because my order was around the holidays and everywhere were booked out.
As a person being in retail for several years, when answering the phone always smile and if you have to sight or not feeling yourself put the customer on hold briefly or simply don't answer the phone.

Flowers delivered were fresh, lovely and included written instructions to prolong flowers freshness.

I've used SuEllen's Florist for the past few years, and they are amazing..I love being able to tell them the feeling I'm trying to express and they turn it into an amazing floral arrangement..
