My grandmother had a close friend pass away, but I live in New York and my grandmother was in Florida. Suellen’s Florist delivered a sympathy plant to my grandmother quickly. I appreciated the help to comfort my grandmother in her grief when I was so far away.

Flowers were very unexpected and beautiful. I was not home when they were delivered, but I was contacted by phone and voicemail announced delivery. Care instructions were also included. Flowers are now in their 4th day with me and are still very pretty! 💐🌹🌼🌸🌺

Absolutely gorgeous bouquet! Received a special shade of lavender roses with red fluting on the edge of the petals. Very different! Wasn’t home when they were delivered but received a courtesy call to let me know they were on my porch! Thank you for the lovely flowers

Great Customer Service! The vase I ordered was no longer available, and they took the time during a very busy season to call me to let me know. I asked them to create a pretty arrangement anyway - my mother LOVED it! Highly recommended!

I have used Sue Ellen’s Florist a number of times. I am always happy with the arrangements and flowering plants they have sent to my friends. I asked them to modify (slightly) an arrangement they had a picture of online to better suit my taste. They did so and the arrangement turned out beautifully! I also asked them to send me a picture of the arrangement since I wouldn’t be there to see it and they did so willingly. I would highly recommend them.

SuEllen’s has great customer service. The vase I had requested was no longer available so they called to let me know. I asked them to use something comparable and my mother loved it. Highly recommended!
