I've received flowers from SuEllen's a few times now & they never cease to amaze me. This year my daughter & son-in-law sent me an arrangement for my birthday that looks just like a cake, complete with candles. I couldn't figure out how to add water so I inadvertently knocked some blossoms off the bottom. So I called SuEllen's & they told me to mist it. Wish I had known that sooner. I was not able to put them back in but now I know! Still give them 5 stars!

SuEllen's Floral company has fantastic customer service. Initially the flowers we ordered were not what we expected, so we called to discuss our dissatisfaction. The customer service returned our call quickly and promised to correct their mistake. Our mother was very happy even with the original order, but she was blown away by the replacement arrangement. 5/5 customer service and the bouquet was beautiful. We will definitely be using them again!
