Such A Voice

My experience with Such a Voice has been excellent so far (and it's only been a few months - I haven't even recorded my demo yet!) My coaching with Warren Richardson has been fantastic and has helped me identify the areas where I most need to improve. The fact that SAV doesn't just train its students and then cut them loose is so helpful - they provide professionally-produced demos that are tailored to each student, and the members-only area of the website is chock-full of resources and bonus material that every VO professional could use. In addition, I have access to special benefits like a recent animation teleconference with Sara Sherman (who used to work with Disney casting, and boasts a resume as long as your arm!) that was tremendously helpful. You have excellent producers assigned that truly help you develop into the best you. I recorded my animation demo at Sound Loom Recording Studio in Burlington, VT (after recording my commercial and narration demos in November 2016). The audio engineer, Oliver, is a great guy to work with, and the studio is pristine. I'd like to also recognize Lisa Cordileone and Michael Yurchak for giving me top notch voiceover coaching, and Angela Castonguay for being an awesome producer.
