Saad and Juan did a great job cleaning the gutters of my house. They came on time and finished the job swiftly. I got a well written report in pdf later, with photos before and after. All with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and great service.

I recently hired Stern Gutters to install holiday lights on my rooftop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! This was my first time putting up holiday lights, and they made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

From the start, their team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Alejandro and Jose did an amazing job! They worked neatly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.

After the installation, I noticed a small issue with the lights. I reached out to them, and they promptly came back the very next day to fix it. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear—they wouldn’t close the job until I was 100% happy with the results.

I’m very impressed with Stern’s great customer service and professionalism. I requested a cleaning/repair on Friday night after another quick storm and a failed gutter that needed attention. I was pleasantly surprised to get both text and email reply quickly. Equally surprised when they scheduled me the next morning! Paul and Santon arrived and got to work on the entire house. They are both friendly and professional. The 1895 Victorian house has 30 year gutters, the guys repaired the problem areas and cleaned the entire system. Made some recommendations for future options to improve the system as well. Good communication with their office and easy online payment which was also a fair estimate too.
