While my home has gutter guards that were installed for a few years now, I seem to have several areas where the roof rain passes over the guards or they get clogged by bird nests, squirrels or other debris.

Over time, the gutter guards may have clogged which may have added to my problem. The Stern team visited my home and, identified the probable problem and proposed a plan to remove and reinstall the guards, clean the guards, and clean the gutters and downspouts. They drafted a report photographing the cleaned gutters. In a few hours all was cleaned and the team did a great job.

I wholeheartedly recommend Stern Gutters for any gutter replacement or repair needs! The office staff was very responsive and timely in their communications, the owner was very knowledgeable and ably addressed my concerns about dampness in our lower levels, and the installation team of Saad and Cristian were truly amazing, working hard climbing up and down ladders through driving rain that started earlier than expected so that we wouldn't be left without gutters. Our new gutters and re-routed downspouts have our entire house smelling cleaner and dryer than it ever has. 10/10 would use their services again...only they did such a thorough job that I cannot imagine we'll need them again for a very long time! Thank you, Stern Gutters, for giving me back my lower levels in my home! I'm so glad my house isn't musty and damp anymore!!

Aleks and Saad were both easy to work with, quick to respond and did excellent work! Pricing was fair too. Our gutters were overflowing (despite appearing clean) and running off to all the wrong places. They assessed the problems and make adjustments!

Saad did an excellent job. He was professional and helpful, and he stayed at the job site for more than seven hours to ensure the work was completed correctly and thoroughly.

Stern Gutters sent Saad to my home today to replace a section of our gutters and do a complete cleaning of the rest of our gutters. Saad arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job in about 3.5 hours. He did a great job and cleaned everything up before he left. The cost was reasonable and we are completely satisfied with the work! Highly recommend Stern and especially Saad!!✅
