While my home has gutter guards that were installed for a few years now, I seem to have several areas where the roof rain passes over the guards or they get clogged by bird nests, squirrels or other debris.

Over time, the gutter guards may have clogged which may have added to my problem. The Stern team visited my home and, identified the probable problem and proposed a plan to remove and reinstall the guards, clean the guards, and clean the gutters and downspouts. They drafted a report photographing the cleaned gutters. In a few hours all was cleaned and the team did a great job.

I wholeheartedly recommend Stern Gutters for any gutter replacement or repair needs! The office staff was very responsive and timely in their communications, the owner was very knowledgeable and ably addressed my concerns about dampness in our lower levels, and the installation team of Saad and Cristian were truly amazing, working hard climbing up and down ladders through driving rain that started earlier than expected so that we wouldn't be left without gutters. Our new gutters and re-routed downspouts have our entire house smelling cleaner and dryer than it ever has. 10/10 would use their services again...only they did such a thorough job that I cannot imagine we'll need them again for a very long time! Stern Gutters was great to work with. They were easy to work with and professional throughout the process. I had them clean my gutters in the spring, and then had them come back to upgrade part of my gutter system. Louis and Saad were efficient with the install and left everything clean and tidy.

Saad did an excellent job. He was professional and helpful, and he stayed at the job site for more than seven hours to ensure the work was completed correctly and thoroughly.

Stern Gutters sent Saad to my home today to replace a section of our gutters and do a complete cleaning of the rest of our gutters. Saad arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job in about 3.5 hours. He did a great job and cleaned everything up before he left. I couldn't be happier with the work that Stern Gutters did at my house. The owner, who scoped out the work and made the estimate, was completely professional, as well as friendly and easy to talk to. He put my wife and me at ease. And his estimate addressed our concerns precisely, with no upselling! (a very important thing), and was fairly priced.
His worker, Saad, was also friendly and easy to talk to, explained things clearly and was completely cooperative. He did the work very well, did not rush through it, cleaned up and left the outside of our house exactly as it was when he arrived.

Stern Gutters was able to come out and clean the gutters on my rental property with less than a weeks notice. They also identified some missing drip trim and a bird's nest that was in that area. They took care of everything and their technician, Saad, was very helpful and courteous. I will be having them out again to clean up in the springtime. Pricing was also very reasonable. Thanks!
