Sterling Services are the only service I use. They are always on time and do great work. Daylon was out today and was even ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

I love Sterling services because they are trustworthy troubleshooters who work the problem, not your wallet. Sterling has customized, updated and/or replaced elements of our HVAC systems and plumbing for just about 20 years in two of our homes. The first year in our current home, they replaced a 2-story rooftop heat pump on Christmas Eve, the day after it failed. We have never been disappointed by Sterling Services.

I am a long time customer of Sterling Services and our most recent encounter epitomizes why theyvare the best service company I have ever found. During theca.m. my CO monitor started alerting with a moderate CO rating... i reset it a few times, opened windows, etc. The alarm continued and the CO ppm did not go down. Finally, I turned off thevheating system...the alarm stopped. I did call the local Fire department but followed up with a call to Sterling. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon, since we were having a cold spell and no heater and open doors would not do.
The technician did not find any CO leaks. But he replaced the battery in the CO monitor and tested all the gas appliances. He also scheduled a heater maintenance service to verify that all is well
I felt confident that my small dog and i would be safe. Great job Ricky and Sterling.

My first time using Sterling and I am very impressed. Michael was sent out to address several small issues at my new house. I was lucky that he came earlier in the window I was given for arrival. He was very personable, knew his stuff very well, and did a great job! I will be having him back out as I had a new shower arm for new shower head but it wasn’t the correct brand. Prices were reasonable for the job.
I highly recommend Sterling and Michael.

So, Johnny was also here today from Sterling to address checking out my furnace and stuff. He was also friendly and personable. He took care of things and also explained what I will need to consider doing as my furnace is pretty old. No high pressure sales, which I REALLY appreciated.

This company will have a place in my contacts list and I will recommend them to others who need services they provide.
