I phoned at 5 pm and Rik was here by 6. He had my AC diagnosed and repaired in an hour. I’m so grateful for their prompt service! What could have been an absolute nightmare was resolved so quickly!

Justin did a great job and got us up and cooled in no times. Good response time and comparable pricing.

When we reported that our a/c was not working they had a tech come out Thursday night. Since our new unit was not available till Monday, they lent us a temporary unit to cool a partial section of our home. Robert and Pedro installed who our new unit were professional and respectful of our property. Thank you for a job well done!

It’s still 109 outside. I called at 4:00 because my ac stopped working and temp inside was climbing to 86. and by 5:30 Jessie was here fixing my problem. I totally expected to have to spend the night at my daughters and had my bag and pillow by my door to leave but, to my surprise Jessie fixed my problem and I have a cool house again. Jessie was super professional and fixed my problem quickly. I also loved that they sent a text with his picture so i knew who to expect when I opened my door. Great great experience today 😄

Customer service is great!

The technician is very professional. He spent nearly 2 hours and checked everything thing and concluded that it's a combination of air filter and a little low refrigerant. He reminded me to change the filter and add a little refrigerant free of charge.
He also give me the tip how to look for ice in the coil and how to thaw the ice to solve the issue.

On the hottest day of the year our AC died, we contacted Sterling Services, within a few hours Jesse was at our door, in our attic, calling for a part and then installing that new part. Jesse went above and beyond to get our AC working. Should also mention the very nice lady that answers the phones - thank you both. Sterling Services you are now our #1 AC and Plumbing choice! I would definitely recommend Sterling. Joel was great to deal with. Rik was early for the appointment for the estimate and explained everything so we could understand.
