Our AC went out in September in Arizona. Justin was out here within two hours of calling. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. We definitely recommend Justin and Sterling.

Edit.... Robert and Darcy came out the next day to replace the unit. They were awesome. They were fast, efficient, clean, and answered all of my questions. We have cold air again. Thank you so much Sterling, Justin, Robert and Darcy. 😁

This evening I came home to my AC not working. Within 30min of me contacting Sterlings Emergency Number Jesse was at my house. He explained in detail what he he was checking for on the AC unit. I was very appreciative of that. I felt at ease with the level of detail to understand what went wrong with my 6yo unit. Very grateful to have AC this evening. 5 starts for the customer service, competency, and speed of service. You have an amazing employee!

I have had an ongoing leak upstairs from my inceiling AC unit. This has been going on for many years with nobody able to fix it completely. Well after a very informative conversation thru Messenger with someone from Sterling, I called the office and was told somebody could come out the same day, Jesse came out and was so friendly and professional, he was able to unclog the condensation line and actually fix this problem.I will definitely call Sterling Services again for any HVAC needs, and recommend to everyone I know.
