This company is amazing. They go above and beyond in being helpful with any issue that mat arise for air conditioning. Very happy customer 5 stars for sure. Technician Robert Langdell is amazing.

We bought a new A/C & furnace unit from Sterling a little over a year ago. The installation went very smoothly, and the staff and technicians have been wonderful to work with. Technician Ivan was here this morning for a regular maintenance check, which was free as part of the new system. He was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Sterling Services!!!!!!

I called Sterling Services on a Saturday night and within a few hours Mike was at our house. He was very professional and after a few questions, he got to work, fixing the problem. I was very thankful and pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone!

OMG. I wish more service vendors were as good as Sterling Services.

AC went out in July while we were out of town and my oldest daughter was house sitting. Called soooo many places that were either gouging on prices or could not get the higher quality unit we wanted for weeks out. I don't know why I didn't think of Sterling first. We have used them in the past and were quite happy with the work both A/C and plumbing.

I will not be making that mistake again. Their number is now permanent on my fridge.

We just had our AC checked and tuned today by Jourdan Erickson and couldn't be more happy about the whole service. He was very polite, professional and very nice man. We have their yearly service and are very happy with it. I highly recommend their service. The most important they won't try talked you to replace, buy or do extra services when they are not necessary. They will give you always advice when you ask about anything connected to their product or service. And the most important they always make sure you are satisfy with their service. And when there is an emergency they make sure you are taking care off. It makes me happy to see that there are still companies who cares about their costumers and not just they profit.

We love Sterling Services! They have cared for many needs in our home for 5+ years. Today we had Keith back to fix an issue in our son’s bathroom. He is efficient, professional and as a bonus great with dogs. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner.

We had Ray Padilla as our plumber. We didn't expect him to come since we were told by our tenant the AC guy was coming. Still Ray offered to help me clean out the room our water heater was in and went above an beyond in explaining why he was recommending a fix.

Sterling Services has been servicing our heat/Air Conditioning system for several years. This year, we had to replace the total system. We live in a park model in Mesa. The whole system was installed by two employees in three hours. Both (Amy and Chad) were very knowledgeable and courteous. We would recommend them.

Installed our heating and air conditioning unit a couple of years ago and their service from installation to maintenance was excellent. Today our water heater began leaking.
