Mike converted my hot water system to an instant hot circulating system in a very short time with minimal disruption. There was nothing to clean up afterwards.
Mike has been here before for routine check of my plumbing system. I was pleased to see Mike appear for this conversion job.....he is very friendly and tends to the job at hand in a very practical confident manner.

Johnnie, the Sterling technician, did an excellent job. He was prompt and explained AC and heat pump workings so I could understand. No upsell - solid advice re my HVAC system.

I love Sterling Services because their technician Johnny arrived in a timely manner shortly after the start of their designated timeframe. He told me his name and what he needed to find to do his inspection. We were able to find the attic access etc. Johnny proceeded with his inspection and in no time at all he was finished. No indicators of any kind as to what he'd done were left behind. He let me know he was finished and we took care of the appropriate details. He completed his job in a professional, efficient and timely manner. He was very personable and enjoyable to deal with. I would highly recommend Johnny as a great technician and applaud Sterling Services for their excellent business conduct.

I have been very happy with the AC and plumbing service from Sterling Services for a few years. The techs are professional and simply good people that I have no worries about having in my house. When I had to have my AC unit replace, Bill went the distance to get us a temporary fix until they could get the new unit installed and when the unit arrived, they made the installation a super easy process with minimal impact to my schedule. The company had great response time. My AC problems were found and corrected in a minimum amount of time. The service personnel was friendly and explained everything so that I could understand the process. Will definitely use this company again.

We arrived from Canada and found our AC to not be working. From the first contact with Sterling they were great. They came quickly and were quick to diagnose and fix our problem. Their pricing seemed very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them!!
