MY DOG ATE MY A/C WIRES!!! Our 6-month-old German Shepherd Puppy Baron decided to use our A/C unit wires as a chew toy! We were also in need of a heating tuneup since we just moved in and have never used the heat on this new unit. John came out and was very professional and got to work right away and fixed Baron's mishap. John then gave my system a Thorough tune-up and explained everything was ok. Once again Sterling Services came to my rescue! Baron is now out of the doghouse hoping for a new chew toy for Christmas!! Do you all sell Wrenchie Chew toys?

From the start Sterling services was on top of the situation and was super responsive. Within minutes after filling out an online service request I was called and scheduled for that afternoon. The technician that dispatched (Bill) was top notch, I was very impressed with him. Bill worked diligently to figure out the problem with the heat pump and was very professional. I have and older Rheem heat pump and even though it was a challenge to determine the problem, Bill was able to do so and get the heat working once again! I would highly recommend to anyone Sterling services and if you can request a field technician you should request Bill....you won't be disappointed...I sure wasn't!

My service man knew exactly what needed and went to work taking care of it. When he left everything was fine.

We have used Sterling Services since 2013 for AC issues and also plumbing. We recently had them install a new air conditioner. Their customer service was great as usual. They really took the time to help us through the whole process.

We love sterling Services for the excellent work they do and timely appointment. Sterling Services tech Johnathan does excellent work not only on AC and heating but also on special projects such as providing extra Vent for better air circulation in bathroom.

Sterling did an excellent job! I received a prompt call after placing my request; service was scheduled for the following day and the technician arrived at the start of the service "window." My technician was knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I called last week and scheduled a tune-up on heat system and was told it would be between 10-1 on November 20. After O hadn’t heard from anyone in that time frame I called the office. The girl wanted to reschedule another day because I wasn’t showing on the system. I wasn’t available and told her since it was their mistake I wanted someone to come that same day. Finally, she said someone would be there between 4-10 pm. Johnny showed up at 2:30 pm. I am happy to say He showed up 1 hour after calling the office. Thank you.

Sterling has never tried to upsell me. They always indicate the importance of the repair. They call when they are on the way. They arrive in the time specified. Service people are friendly and explain what they have done. I have used Sterling for routine and emergency AC, Heating, Plumbing for over 7 years.

We want to commend your service representative, "Spencer". He was the consumate professional, and did an excellent job repairing and replacing the hardware on the sink pedestal in our hall bathroom. Spencer was eager to please, and very responsive to our needs, Thanks to Sterling Services for employing such a quality individual.
