Sterling Services

I switched over to Sterling Services when other service providers either were hard to schedule or were poor in their service. Sterling, on the other hand, has been a pleasure to do business with. It's easy to schedule work with them, and their staff (office staff, service technicians, etc) are very professional and very competent. I am very happy with all of their work (plumbing, A/C, Heat). They are truly best in class.

Very prompt courteous service

Johnny Ralston was the service tech who came to do fall/winter maintenance of my heating unit. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He went over the check off list and to the time to explain it to me. He wasn't pushy to buy or have an extra service done on my unit which I really appreciate. I took his suggestions seriously and am looking to possibly have some work done when I renew in Spring.

We scheduled our winter tune up with Mike. He was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable about our AC/Heating system. I had many questions and he took the time to answer them in detail. Sterling Services should be proud to have Mike on their team.

Mike was fantastic. Out of six plumbers and SRP he knew how to set my switch box for solar water heating. Thank you so much for competent staff.

Our service guy, Johnny, was polite, professional, friendly and cared about our home and our heating system. He was very thorough in his review of the system and provided an excellent written report, which he reviewed with us. Sterling has excellent employees who really love the company...a great indication of a great company. We have dealt with a sterling for all our heating/AC and plumbing service and installation work for more than nine years and have n ver been disappointed with service quality and reasonable price. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

I love Sterling Service because I can always count on them to get the job done. During annual A/C & Heater inspection, technician found a few minor items that needed to taken care. He was clear as to what needed to be done and was able to stay the additional 2 hours it took to take care of issue. It was great I did not have to reschedule for that additional work.

I really like using Sterling Services because they're professional, prompt , honest and always explain their service in detail! Whether you're having routine maintenance or an emergency call , the Sterling services techs take the time to explain every step of the inspection or repair. Many years ago a service rep from my father’s heating contractor explained that good service provides them a customer for life. It would be foolish for them to mistreat a customer and jeopardize a lifetime relationship. Sterling understands this. I have been their customer for more than a decade. It is comforting to know that I can depend on them.

I found Bill to be polite, on time, and efficient in performing his review of our HVAC. He installed filters for us and described a part that is functioning at capacity and may need replacing in the future. Bill is an excellent technician!

I have used Sterling services for years. They are a good solid professional company who do their best to accommodate us when we we are having issues. We have a large house that is always in need of some kind of repair. One if our heating zones has not worked in years and the technicians that came out could not figure it out. We had our yearly maintenance done last week and Johnny figured it out in no time. Thank you Johnny, I give you a 5 star!
