Always excellent service. Had our annual furnace check done recently. Technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. Did the job quickly and explained everything to us afterward. Really what more can you ask for. We trust Sterling and have used them for all of our heating, air conditioning and water softener needs. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with their services! I called to schedule a consultation to fix a water heater issue. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. The technician gave a curtosey call 20 min prior to arrival and was very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, presented me with a very reasonable estimate and then fixed the issue very quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future should I need any other plumbing or water heater repairs

We were very satisfied by the work Jeff did for us. The first visit, he made repairs that were easy fixes for a situation we thought would be much more complex
The second visit, installing a kitchen sink and bathroom faucet, was done beautifully, including clean up ad removal of the parts replaced. Would highly recommend using this service!

I had to get a new air conditioning unit and sterling services have been outstanding. Plenty of follow up to see if everything was working. I even prepaid for a heating tune up and forgot and they reached out to me to get it scheduled. Great service, and they are always on time for appointments and have great communication!

MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR THURS. 12/28 FROM 8AM TO 10 AM. HE WAS HERE AT FIVE TO 8 BEAUTIFUL. HE SERVICED MY FURNACE SYSTEM , FLUSHEDAND CLEANED. WENT OVER WITH US HIS SERVICE UNTIL WE UNDERSTOOD. ALSO OFFERED TO REPLACWE AIR FILTERS IN LIVING QUARTERS, WHICH I HAD REPLACED A MONTH AGO. WENT OVER PROPER SETTINGS OF THERMOSTAT. WONDERFUL PERSONALITY AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.

I’ve used sterling services for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I was able to partake in the 4 or 5 year plan where my unit is serviced in the summer/winter as well as my plumbing checked. Anything that has ever needed repair was affordable and explained thouroghly to me. Everyone that has helped me whether it be a technician I’m the field or someone in the office has always been extremely courteous and helpful! I am beyond pleased with this company

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician that came to our house was very professional and did a great job. Johnny took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly and offered options on how to best fix the problem. I will definitely use their services again.

Sterling Services is excellent! I highly recommend them for any of your AC/Heating or Plumbing needs. Bill came to do our bi-annual tune up. He was very professional. He called to tell me that he was on his way and when he would arrive. Upon arrival he explained the entire process of all that he would be doing in both the attic and the outside. Once he completed the job, he explained all of the notes on their form and asked if I had any questions. I have always been highly satisfied with all their services and service techs.

As usual, over the years that we've been having Sterling maintain our air Conditioning, heating and plumbing, the service has been prompt, courteous and expert and I'm confident it will continue going forward. Thanks Sterling for your excellent service.

Sterling was awesome. Bill worked after hours trying to get my heater going. On and of roof in dark even tho he had a light.
