I generally like Sterling but I am missing out on the email reminders to schedule my pre-paid services for heating and air conditioning. The reminders are going to junk mail—as I just discovered. So I missed the reminder in November 2018. I would prefer that you send either text reminders to my phone... or leave a message on my cell that it's time to schedule. Email is not very effective. And if you call by phone without leaving a voice message, I'll assume you are a telemarketer with nothing important to say. In the past years, I always got a phone call from you—with a voice message if I didn't answer the call. That was the most effective way to get through.

Fist time using Sterling Service. We had a leak in one of our toilets the customer service representative was kind and helpful and placed a service. There tech Jeff came out viewed our issue and resolved it immediately. Affordable, quick service, reliable even came early and cleaned up. We will be using Sterling for all our other needs for our AC and heating.

This was my first opportunity to use Sterling Services for AC maintenance. Bill, the technition arrived on time for the appointment, explained in detail what was going to be completed and performed all of the tasks as stated. When he was done, he and is partner Michal, cleaned the area and explained the final report in detail. I would highly recommend this company based on my first experience.

Friendly service all around! Setting the appointment was easy, Bill, the technician, arrived near the beginning of the 4 hour window which was great, and was very courteous and professional. Our unit was older and of course some repairs were recommended but there was not hint of a hard sales pitch which I very much appreciated! Will definitely call Sterling Services when it comes time for us to need a new AC unit.

Sterling was recommended to me in 2016 on Sunday of the Memorail Day weekend. We were leaving early the next morning for a few weeks and the A/C wasn’t running properly. It was shutting off and on for hours. And the house wasn’t cooling. leave the house with no A/C. Sterling sent out an awesome guy who spent lost of his time in our extremely hot attic fixing the issue. We supplied bottles of water while he worked. Sterling saved us that day. We have used them ever since. Their recent visit was a check up

Sterling Services took care of our issue with the furnace professionally and the service tech went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

I love the service and care i receive from Sterling Services. First and foremost, Service Technician Bill M. is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. But, above that, he is very friendly and kind! He's the type of person you don't mind doing work inside your home because he is going to treat it as if it was his own. In fact, all the workers that I've met at Sterling Services are of a high caliber. I would recommend Sterling Services to anyone looking to get first rate, quality, reliable A/C and heating service!!

Sterling is or seems to be honest punctual and knowledgeable

My wife and I needed an inspection done on the air conditioning unit of a house we are in the process of purchasing. Nick, the technician, was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, providing all of the necessary readings and measurements. It was a genuine pleasure to meet him, and to know that he and Sterling are a phone call away. We'll be using Nick and Sterling in the future for any repairs or seasonal maintenance visits.

The team at Sterling did a great job of helping us prepare our house before we sold it. The HVAC tests and updates as well as fixtures in multiple bathrooms. They did great.

Sterling has performed my yearly A/C and heating tune up service visits for 4 years. No complaints and I reccomend thier services.

Sterling Services responded to my call immediately. As this was not a great emergency (however water leakage is always a concern), a technician was at our house the very next day. He was a very courteous young man, honest with us and fixed our leakage problem. We (my husband and I) both felt like the charge was very reasonable and we will definitely use Sterling Services again should we have a plumbing issue. Thanks!

Jeff from Sterling Services came out to inspect and repair a plumbing leak leading to the bathtub faucet area. He was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. The costs were half of competitors that came the day before to quote pricing and I couldn't be more pleased that I waited on my decision until Sterling Services arrived. Luckily, the leak wasn't bad enough to warrant immediate attention, but saving money for the same amount of work with expertise and professionalism was worth the 1 day wait. What a pleasant experience from my initial call in and the technician's service provided. Will use them again for future plumbing, A/C, Heat, and other needs (they do a lot) in the future.
