I have always had a great service technician to take care of my AC. Calls when he is on his way, and on time. Doesn't try to sell me needless stuff like so many other companies. Love them!

Excellent Job on a new AC unit installation

Prompt and courteous service. They actually show you the defective parts (if any) and recommend replacing but without any pressure to do so. They were quick to respond to our hot water tank breakdown so we were not without hot water for long either. Highly recommend!

Johnny was very thorough. He took the time to go through each checklist item and then explained it to me. There was no pressure to fix and up-sale any service plan.

Johnny came after hours on a Friday night which was highly appreciated. He was very quick and had the AC working in no time! Thanks!

sterling has done our church good everytime we use them. We have 17 units and they take care of them all.
