Repairman came out next day as scheduled. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. Also checked for other issues while he was here and advised us on how best to maintain hvac, water heater, etc. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given two referrals from SW Gas. After reading reviews I decided to call Sterling Services because of the "5 Star" reviews. The first service request was with Technician Stratton Weiler. Stratton was very professional and very friendly. He was easy to talk to and to asks questions which he answered without hesitation. The second service call I requested Stratton because of his professionalism, personality and the great job completed the first time. He did fantastic work on both jobs. After each job was completed he explained what he had done. I could not be happier. Any future work I will call Sterling and hope I can get Stratton. I would recommend Sterling Services and Stratton Weiler.

I called Sterling Services today to see about a complicated repair that I kept getting the runaround from or no call back from other HVAC companies. We had a condensation line in our attic that had a leak and had water damage to several areas. We had to find someone to repair the leak first so that work on water damage could begin. It was really stressful and I was worried that I would not find a knowledgeable and reliable company willing to take this on. However after calling today, they assured me that Sterling services could not only handle this problem with confidence but also send someone out today! Mike Newpower arrived not too long after and quickly went to work. He did not stop until he figured out where the leak was and took pictures and thoroughly explained the problem. he was very patient and listened very well. Even though it was late in the day, he came to find out what the AC problem was, it was the motor and

What a great service! AC went out in Aug. Sterling came out and gave me 3 different options which were all reasonable. They gave me a portable AC unit to use while the full unit was being delivered and installed. Joe was my salesman, and Tyler and Juan were the installers, what a great team! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. I'm really happy with their services.
