One thing that did bother us was the leaf guard situation. We were told from the beginning our existing guards would need to be removed for the new roof installation. That was no problem, however, now having this new roof, we are struggling to find a company to install guards? Not sure why exactly, but that has become what seems to be an additional unexpected expense.
