Steamway Craftsman are true professionals - well trained and extremely knowledgeable. The level of care taken is rarely seen. I recently had a sofa cleaned that had a blueberry stain; I was prepared to throw in the towel, but decided to roll the dice and called Steamway Craftsman. I was over the moon when I came home that evening, not only unable to find where the stain had been but to find what appeared to be a brand new sofa (10 yrs old)! I couldn’t be happier!!!
