I know I can count on Steamway to do an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I've been using them since the mid 90s after seeing how they cleaned a terribly stained carpet in the duplex I was about to rent. I thought the landlord was going to have to replace the carpet it was so bad, but Steamway got every bit of the stains out of the carpet, so I've used them ever since.
This last time I had them clean my carpets was no exception. Mark did and exceptional job cleaning my carpets.
Steamway is the only carpet cleaning company I'll use and I would highly recommend them.

Cleaned up a well loved chair (upholstered rayon polyester) that had seen better days. When I picked up the chair it was cleaner than the day we brought it home and even did some minor fraying repairs. Well above expectations. Did such a great job we scheduled air duct cleaning services for next month.

We had a hot water heater that began to discharge rusty water, soaking a portion of the carpet in our finished basement. Heather got Russ out to our home on a timely basis. Russ did his usual thorough and excellent job, removing the stains and making sure the pad would dry and avoid the formation of mold. The carpet looks great!

I usually have
Russ as my technician and he is sooo good that I compare everyone else to him. Last week I had a female and male technician. The female never said a word. Even when I addressed her I got only a nod, no conversation. Hopefully she improves in that way. I believe her work on this job was good and complete. I never heard her interact with her partner either. The male technician was the one to communicate and finalize everything. I believe he also did a god job. The one thing that bothered me was in the master bedroom. I removed all the smaller furniture but left a lazy boy chair that I couldn’t move. I expected the techs to clean the carpet and put styrofoam pieces under the legs. Instead they carried the chair into my bathroom and left it there. I thought they should have told me first that they were going to move it there. And also ask me where I wanted it when...

The service we received from Steamway Craftsmen was excellent. The cleaners were very courteous, respectful of our home, and did excellent work. The service was a bit higher than other services, but so well worth every penny!
