Steamway Craftsmen has always done an EXCELLENT job with the area rugs I have brought in, and that excellence starts with the staff up front. The employees are professional, competent, and above all-welcoming. I am fully aware of the options I have when I bring my rugs in, and there are never any surprise charges. The verification email is a quick and easy-to-understand process. Rugs are cleaned in a timely manner, and cleaned well! I am always surprised at how nice my rugs look when I bring them home! We purchased a home last spring and had Steamway clean carpets before we moved in. Since then we had some remodeling work done over about 2 months and the contractors didn't lay down plastic or protect the carpets in any way. I honestly thought the carpet was ruined but don't have the budget to replace them. I called Steamway and just hoped they could make them look somewhat better. He was done with our little house in an hour and a half and answered all of our questions and let us look at the carpet and its trouble spots before he left. He gets an A+ for his efforts from us. Thank you for your cleaning services. It was about 1 yr and 5 months since the previous cleaning and things had gotten out of hand. The technician did a thorough job. The special attention he gave to animal urine on the carpet was excellent. I can’t see the stains at all. Drying time was exactly as he predicted.
