Steamway cleaned my carpets and my couch this week. The service man was professional and paid good attention to detail. Everything looks great! Our driveway has a significant slope from the street down to the house, and he was here during a bad snowstorm - he had to snow blow out the driveway to get his van back out - which he did cheerfully and I was very grateful for the effort. I would definitely recommend.

Russ, was just delightful to work with. They worked very hard. I Had A Lot Of Traffic patterns And Spots. All gone! I didn't get any other quotes for the job, as I thought for the size, it was a fair price. I was very pleased.

Steamway Ames did my carpets on a rental I lived in West Ames for 2.5 years. Even though I was clean resident, I was required to have the carpets done professionally upon my exit from the lease. I called Steamway and they sent out a guy within a week at a medium price by local standards.

What I did not expect was the professionalism of the worker, and the high quality results. They sent out some guy who really knew his stuff and did a fantastic job. The floors were better than when I moved in. My (now-EX) landlord, who was quite particular, asked me who did the floors because he was impressed.

I don't work for them or even remember their names but give them a high rating because of the quality of what they do and how they deal with people.

Not the cheapest, nowhere near the most expensive, but possibly the best floor people around.
