My wife, Jan, and I were extremely pleased with the work done by the two gentlemen who performed the service (Bob & Austin). They were very thorough and performed their work in a very cordial manner. We look forward to seeing them again in the future.

They did a good job. The cleaning person was very friendly and courteous. The carpets were very wet and it took two days for them to be dry enough to walk on which was a bit of a hassle. Several spots drifted back up and the person came back out to clean them too.

Best carpet cleaning ever!

The carpet on our stairs was so bad that we had debated replacing it. Instead I called Steamway and I am so glad that I did. The gentlemen did such a great job of cleaning that we will get years more wear out of our carpet. There are no more stains.

We had three rooms of light white carpet cleaned. The two men who arrived were courteous and professional. They vacuumed, treated spots, moved a few pieces of furniture, cleaned the carpets and treated them with Scotchguard. Our carpets look new!
