Mr. Chris called to confirm the appointment and actually made it even earlier. He was efficient, fast and did an excellent job of cleaning the spots/stains off the carpet. It smelled fresh and looked almost new. Well done!

Great job by Steamway. My floors had been sanded too thin to do tranditional refinishing. This was a great alternative and they look fantastic. Steamway was very detailed in their explanation of the process and over delivered with the results. I would highy recommend.

Beautiful job cleaning all the carpets in the house, and the hardwood floors. The carpets look nearly new, and the oak floors are bright and warm.
