I had them clean up an ice dam on my roof- they were honest and kept me informed on the cost as they were breaking up the ice dam, once we realized the cost was going to exceed my budget they created some canals in the ice so that further melting would happen without damage to the roof- i would hire them again, great job!

Needed snow removal from my roof to avoid ice dams. They were easy to schedule and got out in a few days. Did only what I wanted and at the price quoted. Price was fair and the crew was polite and responsive. I would use them again.

We had ice damns and need to get the ice and snow removed from the roof fairly quickly. I left a message on a Saturday and they called back that day and able to come out on Monday. I liked that they had a one hour minimum where so many have a 3 hours or more. They were honest with how much time it would take to remove it all or I could just do the bare minimum. Cleaned up as well so my driveway wasn't a complete ice rink after working all day. Very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. Hopefully we will not have ice damns again but if we do I will call Squeegee Squad right away
