I give this experience 5 stars even though nothing was washed like I previously set up the appointment for. Jim came out to start the job but noticed while testing out a spot with just water that the paint that was oxidized was coming off. Jim & lisa are a great team to solve your washing needs. Aft seeing how clean & new my neighbors house, roof & cement looked I immediately called for an estimate. Jim came the same day & within a week I am enjoying my "new" machine shed & cement. Hard water had left some nasty rust stains & I considered repainting. It looks new & I am impressed. This May we hired Spay Away Softwash for the first time and were beyond pleased with the outcome! The house looks beautiful. Jim and Lisa clearly take pride in their work shown by their attention to detail and communicating any issues they ran across while washing the house. One example is we have door hardware that causes rust streaks down the doors. The softwash was able to remove the rust marks with a beautiful outcome. They were also conscience around the exterior landscaping and even mentioned that they have plant fertilizer available on the truck should we want that service. Jim offered advise on our ipe/hardwood decking and how to best maintain and keep it looking it's best, again, something they can provide. The experience was fantastic! We will hire them again! Iam SO pleased with SprayAway Soft Wash. They cleaned my steel siding my deck and my gutters. The gutters were so full of the black stuff that comes with age I didn't think that they would ever be white again. They are like brand new and so clean looking. I wish that I would have taken before and after photos so that I could have posted them so that anyone could see what a wonderful job that they did.
